Sorting laundry in our shared accommodation is causing arguments

The thing I'm not sure about is whether the compartments are big enough for a week's worth of clothes for six people, or if we'd need something larger or maybe multiple units. Has anyone else set up a shared laundry sorting system in a big household and found something that actually keeps the peace between everyone?
